Payments
Projects are billed in AED or USD as agreed. A deposit is required to begin work, with the balance due before launch unless stated otherwise.
Content and ownership
You confirm you own or have rights to the content you supply. On final payment, you own the custom work delivered, excluding third-party themes and plugins.
Revisions and timelines
Each package includes the revision rounds stated in your quote. Timelines depend on timely feedback and content from you.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless your contract states otherwise.
